I had a tough time at this hotel due to several service issues, which overshadowed its charming colonial decor and perfect location just three blocks from the main plaza. The pool hours were frustratingly limited, and the breakfast left much to be desired. While the room I stayed in was dark and had an unpleasant smell, I couldn't shake the feeling that I didn't get my money's worth for about $100. Overall, the service definitely needs improvement.

We had a wonderful stay at Campanario before our wedding. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and offers a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally professional and kind, making us feel right at home. The only downsides were a little spotty Wi-Fi in our room and limited closet space.
